Torsion Springs AQS manufactures torsion springs from a wide range of wire types and sizes. We can coil springs from wire as small as 0.004" (0.1mm) diameter to as large as 0.750" (19.0mm) diameter. We do both single and double torsion spring designs with leg configurations made to the most challenging of specifications. We utilize both conventional coiling and CNC coiling equipment with in-line, conveyor stress relieving ovens.
